Hardin High School December Newsletter
From Principal Dr. Robert Thibodeaux
Dear Hardin High School Families,
The holiday season is officially upon us, and we’re counting down—just seven and a half school days stand between us and a well-deserved Christmas Break! This time of year is always special, filled with excitement, reflection, and the anticipation of what’s to come.
As we wrap up the fall semester, we want to take a moment to recognize our students and staff for their hard work and dedication. From academic achievements to extracurricular successes, Hardin High School continues to shine in every way possible.
🎄 12 Days of Holiday Dress-Up Fun
Join in on the festive fun with our holiday-themed dress-up days! Show your Hornet pride and holiday spirit as we count down to the break.
📚 Fall Semester Exams
Semester exams are just around the corner. Students should be focused on finishing strong—study hard, get plenty of rest, and don’t hesitate to reach out to teachers for help. See below for exemption and testing information.
🎅 Holiday Cheer & Giving Back
This season is about more than just celebration—it’s also about giving. We want to thank everyone who contributed to our recent food drive. Your generosity makes a difference right here in our community.
💙 Gratitude for Our Hornet Family
We are endlessly grateful for our students, staff, and families who make Hardin High School such a special place. Your support, encouragement, and commitment to excellence inspire us every day.
As we head into 2025, we’re excited for the opportunities and challenges the new year will bring. Let’s keep up the momentum and make the spring semester even better than the fall!
Wishing you all a joyful and restful holiday season. Thank you for being part of the Hornet family—we couldn’t do it without you!
With gratitude,
Dr. Robert Thibodeaux
